1 Round of Edits

Sometimes you hit the bulls-eye the first time you draw the arrow, sometimes you gotta recalibrate the angle of your bow and do that think where you lick your finger and then stick it in the air to test the wind direction. Or something. Anyway, I offer at least 1 round of edits on all of my projects to make sure your copy will hit straight to the core.

What do you mean by "Copywriting"? Is that, like, trademarking and patents and stuff?
Oh no, darlin’–you’re thinking about CopyRIGHTing. Copywriting is alllllllllllll the many words that string together to sell whatever amazing thing you have to offer the world. My job is to make sure that these words represent you and your businesses in a real, authentic, exciting, and transformative way. Think of me as the Communications Mechanic who helps your business to run at its most optimal state.
But why can't I write my own web copy?
You can! If you’re a new business, go ahead and put your passion into words to get clear about your brand, tone, and goals. But unless you’re a marketing-obsessed wordsmith, there’s going to come a time where you’ll need help to get to the next level. Professional copywriters will bring a fresh, objective, and efficient perspective to your marketing content.
What does a "Copy Check-Up" include?
In my experience, this is the most productive part of a business marketing strategy. Is your copy doing what you want it to do? Is your copy actually telling people who you are? So often, I see marketing content that either falls flat, doesn’t tell the full story, or is simply stuck in the rut of what a business USED to be. My “Copy Check-Up” is a one-hour creative coaching call where I go over your company, copy, and current goals in detail to clarify a branding direction that will move you to the next level.
What if I already have a bio, or my website just needs tweaking?
If you’re not sure if your bio (or any of your other web content) is doing its job, lemme at it! I’ll check it out for free, and quote you a sliding scale cost for what it’ll cost to make it shine like the sun.
